Hello World,
It's that time of year for over spending so if you are going to spend that money why not get something that's worth it. There are so many things to purchase this year like phones, etc. For those who don't know me, I am physically disabled so I need assistance and it is difficult for me to stay in touch with people if I didn't have the appropriate technology to do so. With that being said, I've just got a new phone. I am sharing this with you world because I know there is someone that is looking for something that can be beneficial especially if you are like me and can't move your hands. Anyway, I just got a Moto X second generation phone. This phone allows voice text similar to the Google Now App but what makes this phone different is you can tell the Moto X to open YouTube, name the video, and it will automatically play the video. This can be very useful for those with limited mobility. Also, if you need to turn the phone off, you can put it in sleep mode by just saying the term 'goodnight' or any term that you set for the phone but enough of me talking. Hey world how it going today I would like to talk about health issues such as pain.
over the holiday I noticed one of my cousins had some problems with her knee and I realized that so many people I know have knee and joint problems. I begin to get curious to why everyone is getting knee related problems even some young people. So me being a person that hates pain I began resourcing solutions so I would like to share what I discovered. I came across this natural occurring substance within the body called Glucosamine it's associated with the cartilage and tissue between the joints the exact definition is a crystalline compound which occurs widely in connective tissue, especially as a component of chitin.

According to WebMD, Glucosamine is shown to help with joint pain, arthritis and also glucosamine is one of the ingredients in Bi-flex but anyway enough from me here's what a professional has to say about the matter.

Hello world, it’s been a long time since I post. I've been busy creating a business plan
to receive grant money, its been a challenge but I’m getting it done .
I am now in a position where I can relax a little so I will have more time for posting material regarding health, disability awareness and current events. I’m excited in sharing my insights on these views also I will have more creative writing posts by that I mean poetry. There’s a lot more in store so stay tune, until I post again.

We're often blind at times, by the mist of trying to get ahead.
Getting stuck tangled up in the web of the world, forgetting things that are simplistic. Taken for granted the significance of time, moments aren't forever. So enjoy and treasure when family is together. Cause you never know what tomorrow holds. So when you get time spend some cause death comes with no date. Don't wait to love. And don't love too late.

My Minority Report
People have described our disabilities
As the disabilities that will soon create inabilities
That will hinder us in all the dreams that we see.
But that's not the vision that we see.
We refuse to let our disabilities
Overshadow the strength of our minds.
We refuse to let a doctor tell us
We ran out of lifelines.
Just because he went to school and got a degree
That does not mean he can tell us what we will be.
Due to some student's disabilities
They try to tell you what age you will not see.
We stand strong
And we refuse to fall to the ground.
After we then transition to the top
We will not stop unless our hearts stop.
In other words meaning until we stop breathing
We succeeding in this game.
We've been through a long battle of all kinds of pains.
But we learned to adapt
Because we refuse to be the subject that comes
under the world's aim.
This is just a sample from my first book.
